ABOUT OUR AGENCYI’ve been a State Farm agent since September 2019, but I bring more than 20 years of insurance experience to the table, including work as a claims adjuster and in agency leadership. That background allows me to coach and mentor my team with practical knowledge and a genuine desire to help them grow.I’m a proud graduate of Purdue University–Indianapolis, where I earned my B.S. in Psychology, and Indiana Wesleyan University, where I completed my MBA. As a family-owned agency with two children of my own, staying connected to the community is a big part of who I am. I serve as a Board Member for Project Will, supporting young adults with behavioral health challenges, and I’m an Indy Chamber Ambassador, helping welcome new businesses and strengthen local connections across Indianapolis.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Financial Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Kellie Taylor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. - Establish customer relationships and follow up with current and prospective customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) required
- Experiencing managing client relationships required
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
